What's the purpose?
The primary goal of installing video surveillance systems at our company, Mirada Levante S.L., is to ensure the safety of individuals, protect company property and assets. Additionally, video surveillance plays a crucial role in human resources management, allowing us to monitor employee adherence to work responsibilities, mitigate professional risks, and enforce health and safety measures at the workplace as set forth by the company. Recordings from the cameras are stored for no more than 30 days and are used solely for the aforementioned purposes.

The legal basis for processing data through video surveillance is provided in accordance with Law 3/18 on data protection (LOPDGDD) and legislation on the prevention of professional risks, as well as the Labor Regulations. In accordance with these rules, recording in areas where confidentiality is expected, such as bathrooms and changing rooms, is strictly prohibited.
